1. Tutoring sessions will be held at our current location, 24A Broad Street, Nashua, NH or remotely/online. Sessions may be scheduled elsewhere with the mutual approval of tutor and parent/student.
2. Cost per session is $60/hr. We ask you to provide 24-hour notice when needing to cancel a session. We understand this may sometimes not be feasible. Cancellations made on the day of a scheduled session will be charged in full unless there are extenuating circumstances. No-shows with no notice will be charged in full.
3. Sessions will be scheduled to last one hour. If student arrives late, sessions may still end at scheduled time, depending on the individual schedule of the tutor, and the session will be charged in full. Sessions that run longer than one hour will be prorated accordingly.
4. Payments will be made on the day of the session by one of the options below. If there is a balance due, future sessions may not be scheduled. For check payments, there shall be a fee of $20 for any returned check.
5. Either party may terminate this tutoring agreement at any time and any outstanding balance shall be due and payable in full to Educational Success Tutoring.
